We are so excited to currently taking part in Junior Librarian Training! Staff will be undergoing training in order to set up a loaning system in our new school library. Soon, pupils will be able to access the thousands of new books we have bought and take one home to use for a period of up to two weeks!
Pupils from Y4 and Y5 are going to be trained to be Reading Ambassadors to help with book loans in the library.
We are hoping to have some parent workshops before the end of half term where you can see how Junior Librarian can be accessed at home, for example reserving books and accessing linked websites and resources. There will be a chance for you then to help your child choose their first book. Dates to follow!
